Sponsorship Terms & Policy

For Corporations, organizations and individuals wishing to support the activities of the association, sponsorship is available as shared or premium exclusive sponsorship. Sponsors receive acknowledgement of this support by a listing on our website, and the inclusion of their logo.

FOR EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP

If you wish to become the exclusive sponsor of one of SYFA events or projects you will have the following as recognition of your kind sponsorship

Any awards announced by SYFA at the sponsored events or projects will be renamed along with the name of your company/logo.

Your logo and short portfolio (150 words) will be placed in our website. You will be highlighted as an exclusive sponsor of SYFA event/project and it will be visible to all visitors during the whole period of sponsorship even after the sponsored event/project has finished you will be registered in SYFA portfolio as the sponsor of the event/project onwards.

You will be distinguished as an exclusive sponsor in all materials by placing your logo on any preparation and groundwork such as (bought instruments, devices, emails, memos, applications, gifts, etc.)

You will be distinguished as an exclusive sponsor in all SYFA media (public appearances on TV, magazines, radio shows, social networks and other electronic media).

You will be entitled to promotional page featuring text/ images/ video content of your choice in SYFA website.

Your logo will be on any video wall produced by SYFA for advertisements or announcements of the sponsored event/project for general public.

We will provide you possibility to present yourself with 15 minutes presentation to all guests on opening session of the sponsored event/project with invitation of attendance to three of your company representatives.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SPONSORSHIP

PAYMENT AND TERMS

Full payment must accompany the sponsorship contract unless alternative payment options have been discussed and agreed mutually prior to contract signing. An official written agreement must be held between SYFA and the sponsor. Payment must be made directly to SYFA bank account by the sponsoring firm in the contract. All sponsorships/underwriting/ financial support of official SYFA events must be handled through SYFA. All contracts, payments and expenses will be controlled by SYFA.

If you pay by electronic funds transfer or an international

cheque you agree to pay any bank charges and must

include these in the amount you transfer.

Sponsor must provide all video material in appropriate format.

Sponsor must provide logo in appropriate format before the deadline of receiving sponsorship materials.

Sponsor must provide short portfolio (150 words) of the company in electronic form in English.

Sponsor must provide all marketing material he wished to be distributed.

Prepare presentation lasting no more than 15 minutes presentation to the event’s guests.

CANCELLATION OF SPONSORSHIP

If the sponsor decides to cancel sponsorship, a cancellation notification should be received at least 30 days prior to the event/publication; sums paid will be 50% refunded and no refunds will be made after this date.
